What will you do? As the Backend Engineering Manager you will ensure that we have the right people, working on the right things, using the right tools and processes to deliver value to our users. Our teams are coordinating over several technical platforms across iOS, Android, .Net and Web. Areas of ownership: Provide leadership over core engineering tasks on a daily basisAlign your team’s technical strategy with the short and long-term visions of the business Interface with the product team and coordinate the rest of the engineering org to translate product needs into deliverables Help us retain, develop and attract top engineering talent Have a keen interest in architecture: how to build complex applications that are maintainable Maintain an overview of architectural decisions.
