Nordic Quality Manager till LU-VE Nordic

About the Position As the Nordic Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system across the Nordic region. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing quality performance indicators, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. You report to the CEO of LU-VE Nordic, are a member of the management team and matrix-reporting to the group´s CQPO (Chief Quality & Process Officer). The position is located at LU-VE Sweden AB in Asarum, Sweden or at Fincoil LU-VE Oy in Vantaa/Vanda, Finland. As the Nordic Quality Manager your responsibility will be for both companies. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and systems aligned with corporate quality objectives. • Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators and implement improvement plans. • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. • Support new product development and launch activities by providing quality input and ensuring compliance with standards. • Conduct internal and external quality audits and inspections, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance quality performance. About You We are seeking a dynamic individual with a degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field, with a couple of years of experience in quality management. You should have extensive experience in regional or multi-site quality roles within the industry sector, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and directives. Qualifications and Competences • Degree in engineering, quality management, or related field. • Experience in quality management. • Experience in regional/multi-site quality roles. • In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulations. • Proficiency in English. Advantageous Knowledge of quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, FMEA, SPC and knowledge about the EU Machinery Directive. Responsibilities include supporting product development to ensure compliance with laws and industry standards, providing training on regulatory requirements, and coordinating audits and inquiries with regulatory authorities. In your role as Quality Assurance Manager your main tasks will involve: • Develop certification plans for product projects. • Support accident investigations, injury management, and safety performance monitoring. • Actively participate in development projects. • Identify and address issues and challenges, providing support in finding solutions. • Balance short-term project requirements with long-term departmental plans. • Conduct ongoing research and analysis of government rules and regulations. • Collaborate on continuous improvements in safety and regulatory compliance within the organization. • Participate in standards technical committees. The position is a consulting assignment starting immediately to the end of December 2024. Erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete inom livsmedelsindustrin är en fördel och tidigare arbete inom sallads- eller grönsaksindustrin är särskilt meriterande. Vi söker dig som har en stark problemlösningsförmåga och ett analytiskt tänkesätt för att effektivt hantera och lösa krav och klagomål som kan uppstå. Vi letar därtill efter en person som trivs i teamarbete och har förmågan att samarbeta smidigt över avdelningsgränserna.
