Nu söker vi en fältservicekoordinator som vill vara med och stärka leveransen i en teknikintensiv och samhällsviktig verksamhet.   Om rollen Som fältservicekoordinator blir du en nyckelperson i planering och samordning av fältserviceuppdrag. Du säkerställer att rätt kompetens finns på plats och att projekten genomförs effektivt; från planering till uppföljning. Du arbetar nära både egen personal och inhyrda montörer, med många kontaktytor internt och internationellt. Ditt ansvar omfattar bland annat: Planering och koordinering av fältserviceuppdrag Säkerställa bemanning och rätt kompetens i projekten Uppföljning av tidrapportering, beläggning och dokumentation Koordinering av resor, utbildningar och säkerhetskrav Samverkan med projektledare, tekniker och internationella enheter   Vem är du? För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha en god teknisk förståelse och trivas nära verksamheten. Du behöver inte vara specialist men du behöver förstå vad arbetet ute i fält innebär och kunna skapa förtroende. Du är en person som tar ansvar, är strukturerad och har förmågan att hantera många parallella aktiviteter. Vi ser gärna att du: Har erfarenhet av planering, koordinering eller liknande roll Har teknisk bakgrund, gärna från industri, mekanik eller energi Är trygg i att prioritera och fatta beslut i en föränderlig vardag Kommunicerar tydligt, rakt och prestigelöst Har lätt för att bygga relationer med både interna och externa parter Erfarenhet från vattenkraft, tung industri eller arbete nära fältpersonal är meriterande. The Opportunity HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. It is also used to connect power systems. The HVDC market for large scale transmission and offshore wind is booming as an enabler for the global energy transitions. All these projects are classified as very critical infrastructures and hence cyber security requirements and standard compliance is very high. A team with great cooperation and with diverse background is waiting for you to join! How you´ll make an impact You will lead planning, scheduling and efforts for all project and tender phases. To timely provide the Project Manager, and the Line Managers, with Earned Value Management Analysis, with look ahead, reliable and comprehensive information about the project status: schedule, progress, planned, actual, forecast, resources and productivity, trends, and risks. Should have strong scope management skills to drive projects and tenders within HVDC service. Analyzes project requirements with project/tender team, checks that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules. Defines, jointly with the project team, project work and cost breakdown structure, develops and maintains properly linked, required resource-loaded/integrated, baseline and current schedules that provide time-phased baseline, actual and forecast data for the project. Monitors project progress and regularly analyzes project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan, notifies the project team of any deviations or scheduling issues, and provides input for optimizing resources. Issues progress reports, program updates and productivity data on a regular basis and as requested by customers and stakeholders. Contributes to Sales and Operation planning (SOP) at HVDC Service Your background Experience in planning and/or cost control on lump sum projects or equivalent. Thorough understanding of logical sequencing and interfacing of project execution activities in EPC projects Ability to lead planning and project controls activities in multi-location EPC projects. Experience to plan activities and monitoring execution schedules and physical progress in all project phases. Experience in cost management, including cost estimate input from departments, comparing estimate input to experience data, ensuring compliance with time schedule. Strong communication skills, ability to highlight key issues and communicate them to management and other stakeholders. You are a good proactive team player, with team management and leadership skills. In this exciting role as Project Planning and Controls Specialist, you will be part of Hitachi Energy HVDC business and based in Västerås or Ludvika, Sweden. You will be acting as a key resource for planning, scheduling, controlling and monitoring of customer specific large-scale projects and delivering accurate and thorough information about the project status, including the schedule, progress, planned, actual, forecast, resources and productivity trends, and risks, to the project manager and line managers in a timely manner. How you’ll make an impact Leading the Project Planning and Controlling team for one or more HVDC project(s) in the region. Contributing to the on-time delivery of the project. Driving collaboration between the partners, stakeholders and customers. Ensuring close cooperation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in your role as a central contact person. Actively monitoring and controlling the project progress using Hitachi Energy policies and best practices to ensure that customer requirements are completed on time and in accordance with the contract. Minimum 5+ years of experience in EPC project controls/management (EPC – engineering, procurement, construction). Certification or further education like PMI-PMP is a plus. Knowledge of MS Office and Primavera P6. Strong communication skills and pronounced customer orientation as well as structured working methods and ability to work in a team.
