Arbetet innebär att stödja projekt genom att ansvara för CAD- och datasamordning, dokumenthantering samt inventeringar och utredningar kopplat till kollektiv trafikens tekniska dokumentation. I rollen är en central uppgift att säkerställa att all hantering av teknisk dokumentation sker enligt uppsatta processer. Arbetsuppgifter består av bland annat: Du ansvarar för att samordna och kvalitetssäkra projektets tekniska dokumentation – från projektering till färdig anläggning och överlämning. Du säkerställer att all dokumentation följs enligt gällande krav, processer och strukturer samt är korrekt uppdaterad och tillgänglig i projektets system. Du leder samordningen mellan externa projekteringsleverantörer och hanterar granskningsflöden, inklusive möten, synpunkter och leveranser. Du fungerar som en central kontakt i projektet och stöttar projektledningen genom rapportering, mötesdeltagande och löpande koordinering. Vem är du? För uppdraget krävs struktur, driv, god analytisk förmåga samt att konsulten gillar att samarbeta med andra och har en god förmåga att vårda interna såväl som externa relationer. . För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha: genomförd högskoleexamen eller annan relevant utbildning ett par års dokumenterad erfarenhet från projekteringsprocessen i en beställarorganisation ett par års erfarenhet av arbete inom CAD och/eller BIM program Behärska svenska och engelska obehindrat Det är starkt meriterande om du har ett par års erfarenhet av förvaltning kopplat till spårbunden trafik.
