Responsibilities Work directly with the Marketing team to analyze performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve ROI Collaborate with the Marketing department to support demand generation efforts and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives Provide insights into customer acquisition, segmentation, and lead conversion Help develop and improve A/B testing methodologies to inform marketing strategies Support strategic initiatives by delivering actionable insights to senior leadership Work with the Marketing team to build reports and dashboards that measure progress against KPIs Maintain and expand the Marketing data architecture across multiple systems in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering Conduct detailed analysis of key marketing data, such as trial-to-paying performance, customer lifetime value, return on ad spend, customer journey mapping, or incrementality About you We’re looking for someone highly analytical, detail-oriented, who can translate data into actionable insights. You should be passionate about working across teams, from sales operations to marketing strategy. Mandatory requirements At least 4 years of experience in data analytics and marketing analysis within a B2B environment Proven track record of using data to inform decisions in a marketing context Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Funnel, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer) Worked in and configured conversions in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Solid understanding of marketing attribution, customer acquisition metrics, and marketing performance indicators.
