Growth Marketing Manager to Geopt
Geposit AB
Marknadsanalytiker och marknadsförare m.fl.

What if your marketing work directly moved revenue - every week? At Geopt, marketing is tightly woven into sales, strategy, and real customer problems. As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll drive growth across four data‑driven SaaS businesses in transport, logistics, and geodata – with a clear mandate to generate qualified pipeline, support enterprise deals, and scale what truly works. Progrits is a Northern European software group focused on niched industry verticals. Within Progrits, the Geopt vertical brings together four leading companies in transport, logistics, and geodata to help businesses operate more efficiently in an increasingly complex world. The companies in Geopt are Geposit, Postnummerservice, Dimaps, and TetraSoft/Ecoroute. At Geopt, we develop data‑driven software solutions that solve real operational challenges for our customers. Our value-adding offering includes address & geodata solutions, geographical management tools, last‑meter delivery planning & production systems and route optimization & delivery execution platforms. Our customers are mainly within transportation, logistics, and field services – but we also help companies in other industries as well. The role is based at Progrits’ headquarters in Gothenburg, where you’ll be part of a team of other Growth Marketing Managers while primarily focusing on Geopts’s growth journey. About the role As Growth Marketing Manager for Geopt, you own marketing across all four companies in the vertical - Geposit, Postnummerservice, Dimaps, and TetraSoft/Ecoroute - with one clear mandate: build a qualified pipeline and generate new business. You will work across a broad scope of offerings and markets, which means you need the strategic height to prioritize where marketing effort actually moves the needle, combined with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute the work yourself. This is not a classic marketing role. You are not here to run campaigns for the sake of running campaigns. You are not here to drive traffic for the sake of traffic. You are not here to build brand awareness as an end to itself. You are here to drive revenue. Your responsibilities: Website management across the Geopt companies - ensuring our websites are conversion machines, not brochures SEO and GEO – building organic visibility that drives qualified traffic and leads from buyers who are actively looking LinkedIn marketing – both organic content and paid, aligned to where our buyers are Account-Based Marketing (ABM) – targeting named enterprise accounts with tailored campaigns and messaging, working directly with sales on account plans and deal strategy Fix what is broken – if a website is not converting, rewrite it. If messaging is weak, sharpen it. If a campaign is underperforming, kill it or improve it. No waiting. Support enterprise deals directly - create content and narratives that help close deals and join strategic opportunities where marketing can move the outcome Marketing strategy – co-developing the strategic frame together with CCO: ICPs, segmentation, positioning, and channel mix across the four companies Operationally, you will be part of the Geopt sales organization, working closely with Geopts CCO and our Account Executives. Moreover, you will participate in a cross-BU Marketing Excellence forum together with peers from our sister companies in the Progrits group. As such, you will be part of and contribute to an even bigger context outside of Geopt. About you We are looking for someone with 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar revenue-focused role in B2B SaaS. You have strategic heights and can think about ICPs, positioning, and funnel economics. You build things yourself, including the unglamorous parts. You are sales-oriented at your core. You understand that marketing exists to generate revenue, and you are comfortable being measured on pipeline quality and conversion - not impressions or reach. You will thrive in this role if you: Start from ICPs and customers, not channels – you think about who we are trying to win before you think about how Prioritize pipeline quality over volume – you would rather generate 20 relevant leads than 2,000 irrelevant ones Are genuinely hands-on – you build landing pages, write the copy, ship the campaign, read the analytics, and iterate Use AI as leverage – you actively use modern AI tools to move faster, produce sharper work, and punch above your weight Work shoulder-to-shoulder with sales – you treat Account Executives as teammates, not internal clients Communicate fluently in Swedish and English – in writing and in conversation. Grit matters. Our scope is broad, our offerings are niched, and the work is not always easy. We want someone who leans in when things get messy. Interested? Contact us! Does this sound like a role and environment that would suit you? Apply, connect with us, or share this opportunity with someone you think might be a great fit. If you have questions, reach out to Carolina Crisp , People Business Partner at Progrits. Geopt is a part of Progrits Geopt is part of Progrits – a Nordic software group with 18 entrepreneur-driven companies specializing in the automotive, transport & logistics, and integrated e-commerce sectors.
