Beskrivning av uppdraget Kunden ska införa en plattform för e-arkiv på myndigheten och uppdraget ingår i detta initiativ. Initialt ska en förstudie genomföras för att detaljera krav och identifiera möjliga lösningsalternativ. Sedan ska ett lösningsval göras, eventuellt genom upphandling om beslut tas om att upphandla en plattform för e-arkiv. Slutligen ska plattformen införas på FI, inklusive eventuell utveckling och konfiguration samt utrullning av plattformen. I uppdraget ingår att ansvara för allt arbete relaterat till it-arkitektur på alla nivåer inom initiativet samt att även delta hands on i införandet av plattformen genom utveckling och konfiguration. Rollen som IT-arkitekt är en central i detta initiativ genom alla faser. Detta är en ny roll på FI. Skallkrav: Ska ha minst 5 års erfarenhet av att leda och arbeta fram lösningsarkitekturer för både egenutveckling och med standardplattformar för verksamhetsprocesser Ska ha erfarenhet att kravställa, verifiera och skapa lösningsarkitekturer som ger stöd för icke-funktionella krav.
