YOUR MISSION AT VOI Since 2018, Voi has been on a mission to create safe, sustainable, and reliable micromobility for everyone. As Head of Quality Management, you will be ultimately accountable for product and supplier quality across Voi’s fleet – from early development and introduction to in-field operation, repairs, and lifecycle performance. You will lead Voi’s Quality Assurance organisation across Europe and China, combining strategic direction with hands-on problem solving. Partnering closely with suppliers, operations, and engineering, you will drive data-driven improvements that directly impact safety, fleet performance, and customer experience. Your mission includes: Leading and developing the Quality Assurance organisation with clear priorities, structure, and ways of working. Owning end-to-end quality performance for vehicles, batteries, and IoT across production and in-field operation. Driving root cause analysis, CAPA, and preventive actions together with suppliers and internal teams. Ensuring supplier readiness, SOP quality, and long-term quality performance for new vehicle introductions. Leading quality processes, standards, and best practices for operations, repairs, and market support. Feeding quality learnings and requirements into future vehicle and platform development. Acting as a key quality interface to senior leadership, with clear reporting, risk assessment, and escalation. Travelling to supplier sites in China and Voi markets in Europe to stay close to real-world product performance. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We are looking for a senior quality leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, collaborative approach, and who thrives in a fast-growing, changing environment. We believe you have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Extensive experience in quality assurance, supplier quality, or manufacturing, including leading QA teams internationally. Strong experience working with suppliers in China and Western organisations. Deep expertise in root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality systems or frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A data-driven mindset; experience with SQL or advanced analytics is a plus. Fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a strong plus. Don’t meet every requirement? We are looking for a System Test Engineer – Vehicle Data Collection for a global company in Gothenburg (Torslanda). Start is ASAP, 11 months contract to begin with. The Product The Vehicle Data Collection team develops in-vehicle software that enables secure, flexible, and efficient data gathering from customer cars. The data supports product quality improvements, engineering insights, and enhanced customer experience. We develop and operate a Remote Vehicle Access (RVA) solution, written in Golang and running on Android Automotive, which collects, processes, and offloads vehicle data over-the-air to the cloud. Privacy, cybersecurity, reliability, and fast response times are fundamental design principles. Your Purpose As a System Test Engineer, you are responsible for safeguarding the quality of the end-to-end vehicle data collection solution — from embedded software in the vehicle to cloud interfaces — ensuring reliable performance in every software release. What You’ll Do Design and execute system-level and end-to-end test scenarios based on a deep understanding of the complete architecture. Plan, prepare, and perform testing in RIGs, HIL environments, and complete vehicles. Develop, automate, and maintain system and regression tests using Python, Robot Framework, and pytest, integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Perform system-level test analysis based on requirements, stakeholder use cases, and architectural breakdowns. Analyze test results, perform fault tracing and root-cause analysis, and collaborate closely with software engineers. Verify quality, safety, reliability, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements. Maintain test documentation and contribute to requirement and acceptance-criteria discussions. Continuously improve test strategies, automation, and test environments to support future vehicle platforms. Who You Are University degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent automotive experience. Solid experience in system testing, test strategies, and quality assurance. Experience working with integration-driven development in complex vehicle E/E architectures. Structured, proactive, and collaborative mindset. Your Skills Strong Python skills with hands-on experience in test automation Experience with Robot Framework and pytest. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Experience with CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, or INCA. Experience with DLT logging and analysis. Hands-on experience with HIL, RIGs, and/or complete vehicle testing. Understanding of in-vehicle communication (CAN, TCP/IP; UDS is a plus). Basic understanding of cloud communication and data offloading. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working. Valid Swedish driver’s license B-class (Mandatory) Meritorious Android-based in-vehicle testing experience. Experience with diagnostics, data logging, or vehicle telemetry systems. Experience with Jenkins, Git/Gerrit, and Jira. ISTQB certification This role requires fluency in English. This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg (Torslanda) through Incluso.
