Let’s make short-term renting simple! One of our UX/UI-designers is going on parental leave and we are looking for a temporary part-time UI designer to substitute during this period. Are you passionate about user-centered design and to simplify complex ideas into understandable flows and user interfaces? If so then you could be the ideal person to join our team. Our company is international and you will collaborate closely with team members both in Malmö and Hanoi. As a member of the Product team, you will work with our UX/UI-designers, Product Managers and Business Analysts with discovery and refinement tasks to support our product strategy of expanding our offering. You will also be an important stakeholder in one of our cross-functional teams to provide innovative UI-design solutions. Using Figma, you will design wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes of new and existing interfaces that optimise the user experience, technical feasibility,adoption and satisfaction. Having a customer-focused approach will be instrumental in designing solutions that contribute to our mission to make short-term rentals simple and profitable. For this position we are looking for someone who is ideally located within the CET timezone, either working from our office in Malmö or remote. Please note that this is a 24h/week part-time temporary position between February and August 2025, with preferred working days Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. What you will be doing Support our design team in the product design process by evaluating user behavior analytics and transforming insights into actionable solutions Collaborating with Product Managers in discovery and refinement by participating in cross-functional milestones to define business cases and create visualised workflows and user journeys Collaborate in Cross-Functional teams, turning high level requirements into innovative workflows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, informed by design patterns and your experience. What you’ll definitely need Strong visual design skills with experience in Figma. Ability to create high-quality, visually engaging interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
