Det finns möjligheter till förlängning av uppdraget. 🚀 Om företaget Mer information gällande vilket kundföretag det gäller kommer du få senast under intervjutillfälle. 💼 Arbetsuppgifter I denna roll som Sjöspeditör arbetar du med att stötta upp det dagliga arbetet inom sjöspedition. Du kommer att arbeta nära erfarna speditörer och bidra i flera delar av transportflödet. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter innefattar att hantera bokningar, registrera uppdrag i affärssystemet, bevaka lastningar och säkerställa att informationen är uppdaterad och korrekt. Du har också en del kontakt med kunder och leverantörer via mejl, där du besvarar frågor och följer upp ärenden. • Hantera bokningar • Registrera uppdrag i system • Bevaka lastningar 🔍 Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper • Avslutad eftergymnasial utbildning inom spedition • LIA/Arbetslivserfarenhet av sjöexport är högst meriterande • God dator och systemvana, kunskaper i CargoWise är meriterande • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, tal och skrift För att vara framgångsrik i denna roll är du en snabblärd och driven person som snabbt sätter dig in i nya arbetsuppgifter. Du har en stark vilja att utvecklas, är analytisk och lär dig gärna mer om logistik och sjöspedition. Du är nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och trivs i en miljö där tempot är högt och där du får ta ansvar. Din förmåga att snabbt anpassa dig och bidra till teamets gemensamma mål gör dig till en värdefull resurs under hela uppdraget.
