Qualifications for the role M.Sc. or B.Sc degree in Electronic Engineering, Embedded Systems or comparable field At least 5 years of experience in development of electronics within embedded systems as a hardware design engineer in an industrial context Sound knowledge in designing electronic circuits, circuit diagrams, and working with simulation tools Experience in testing and validation of prototypes in a laboratory. Proven experience in working with voltage levels up to ~1kV would be considered a plus Knowledge in EMC compatible design would be considered a plus Willingness to travel internationally (<5%) Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; Swedish language skills are beneficial but not a prerequisite. Within our Test Engineering Department, a close team of Test Engineers work together to develop and implement new test solutions within Operations. We are looking for a test engineer, preferably with a flying probe technology focus, to complete the team and help us keep delivering products of the high quality we are known for! Are you our new Test Engineer – Flying Probe? As a Test Engineer, you will have the chance to lead and participate in projects, assisting with test related issues in production. You will work on maintaining HW and SW updates on products, troubleshoot and develop test programs and methods for our products and platforms. The Test Engineers work close to several other teams; such as Quality, Project Office and the Production Team. You will develop new tests in development projects as well as analyze and troubleshoot in maintenance projects. We mainly use LabView for programming. Part of the job is also to document test plans and instructions. About Low Noise Factory Low Noise Factory (LNF) designs and produces the world’s best low noise microwave amplifiers. These amplifiers are used near absolute zero –cryogenic– temperatures for space exploration, quantum computing, radio astronomy, and for various ground-breaking scientific endeavors where extreme sensitivity is paramount. Job description and responsibilities We are currently looking to expand our R&D department with an RF test and automation engineer. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our RF measurement and automation systems. You will be working closely with both our production and R&D teams to ensure we have reliable and efficient systems in place to streamline our production and qualification activities. You are expected to have a strong drive, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset.
