Industrialisation Engineering är en avdelning inom Production i Järfälla utanför Stockholm. Din roll Som Industrialiseringsingenjör har du det tekniska helhetsansvaret för introduktion av nya produkter samt utveckling av nuvarande produktion som möjliggör att vi möter mål avseende arbetsmiljö, kvalitet, ledtid och kostnad. Du bidrar och samordnar industrialiseringsrelaterade aktiviteter inom våra produktprojekt med övriga Saab-siter, främst siterna i Göteborg och Huskvarna. Ditt ansvarsområde innefattar att initiera behov av nya, eller förändring av befintliga tillverkningsmetoder för att nå satta mål, inkluderat investeringar. Du deltar och/eller driver verksamhetsutvecklingsprojekt och utvecklar metoder och/eller processer. Arbetsuppgifter som industrialiserings ingenjör innefattar bland annat: * Bidra till att produktprojekten följer industrialiseringsprocessen och upprätthåller en hög nivå av industrialiseringskunnande. * Tillföra ett produktionsperspektiv under utvecklingsprocessen samt analysera produktens design för en god producerbarhet, ex. att definiera lämplig produktstruktur och val av tillverkningsmetoder. * Ansvara för Transfer of Technology (ToT) till andra länder, där så förekommer. * Initiera och leda verksamhetsutvecklingsprojekt. * Definiera och utveckla produktionsflöden och produktionslayouter. * Analysera, utveckla och förbättra befintliga förädlingsprocesser och internlogistiska flöden. * Leda Make/Buy-ärenden för produktion. * Skriva instruktioner, utbilda kollegor och hålla presentationer. Din profil Vi söker dig som har ett intresse för produktionsutveckling och har en bakgrund inom industri. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi du är samarbetsvillig och lyhörd. Vidare tror vi du är lojal och ansvarsfull. Engagemang i kombination med självledarskap ser vi som värdefulla egenskaper för en Industrialiseringsingenjör. Vi tror att du har: * Högskoleingenjörsexamen inom maskinteknik, eller liknande. * Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom tillverkande industrier. * Goda kunskaper och intresse för Lean Manufacturing och Six Sigma principerna. * Goda språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska. Vi blir extra glada om du har: * Erfarenhet av internlogistik samt modern förrådshantering. * Erfarenhet av kretskorttillverkning och elektromekanisk montering. Job Description: With the increasing prominence of energy shortages and environmental concerns, the utilization of renewable energy is gaining greater attention. In our EnVisA project, we aim to achieve better utilization of processing gas from steel industry as a renewable energy for power/heat generation with the assistance of AI technology. We are seeking a highly motivated master student to join our team and contribute to the AI prediction and visualization work in the EnVisA project, as the master thesis project. In this project, you will be involved in researching and optimizing of our AI models for predicting the production and transportation of process gases for combined heat and power plant (CHP), and the enhancing of our prediction-visualization systems. Qualifications: * Education background in a relevant field (e,g., AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science). * You are a master student in Sweden (Preferably in Luleå) and want to do our project work as your thesis work. * Background of AI prediction modeling and visualization. * It’s preferable that you have a background in Energy and steel making industrial. * Proficiency in programming language of Python. * Experience on visualization with Power-BI. * Excellent problem-solving skills for research work.Project timeline The project is intended for a master thesis (30hp).
