Drive AI initiatives within the technology organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Establish and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Som Microsoft 365 Specialist har du en nyckelroll för utvecklingen av kundens digitala arbetsplats. Rollen innefattar att underhålla, administrera och ge support till M365-produkter och funktioner (till exempel Exchange, Teams och SharePoint). Du kommer även instruera och utbilda Servicedesk för att förbättra kunskapen inom M365-området och även assisterar det globala onsite-supportteamet, till att bygga komplexa SharePoint-webbplatser baserade på kommunikation och intressenthantering. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: - Driva process- och arbetsförbättringar inom domänen. - Driva och implementera interna IT projekt relaterade till IT Arbetsplats/M365. - Tillhandahålla stöd för L3-fall samt kunskapsdelning med L1/L2 medlemmar. - Identifiera trender i problem och utföra rotorsaksanalyser på omfattande problem eller fel. - Stödja strategin för O365-plattformsområdet tillsammans med Head of IT, Service Desk och workplace. - Du har kontakt med stakeholders: Digital Workplace-teamet, Cloud & IT Operations-team och affärsintressenter externt som Microsoft och Microsoft-partner och externa konsulter. Tekniskprofil: - Vi ser att du har minst 2 års erfarenhet som specialist inom Exchange, Teams och Sharepoint. - Du har goda tekniska kunskaper inom Azure. - Erfarenhet av tidigare exponering för incidenthantering, eskaleringsprocedurer och relaterade discipliner (ITIL). - Systemadministration av O365 samt hantering av L2 och L3-fall. Lösningsarkitekt
