Prepare and deliver orders to our customers at the right cost, in time and to high quality. Lead a team of engineers and in collaboration with them ensure that the correct design is tendered. Work closely and communicate with product management, supply chain and production functions. Structure and drive communication for your tenders towards our After Sales market. Continuously work on and further improving our calculations, processes, and quality assurance. Därför är rollen unik Helhetsansvar för affär och resultat: Du äger kontorets P&L i praktiken, från beläggning och intäkter till kostnader och kapacitet. Tydligt mandat att bygga vidare: Du utvecklar organisation, arbetssätt och lokal marknadsposition med stöd av erfarna chefer och kollegor. Nyckelroll inom Xamera: Du blir en central del av den operativa ledningsgruppen inom Xamera. Kombination av strategi och vardag: Du växlar mellan analys, beslut och närvaro i det dagliga arbetet på kontoret. Ditt uppdrag Driva och utveckla kontorets affär med tydliga mål för tillväxt, lönsamhet och kapacitetsutnyttjande. Följa upp resultat, nyckeltal och resursläge och omsätta insikter i konkreta prioriteringar och beslut. Säkerställa hög kvalitet i sälj- och leveransflöden tillsammans med gruppchefer och nyckelpersoner. Leda den lokala ledningsgruppen, hålla kontorsmöten, veckomöten och andra forum som driver engagemang och riktning. Bygga och vårda kontorets kultur, agera tydlig förebild och hantera eventuella kulturutmaningar på ett strukturerat sätt. Vara närvarande på plats, synlig i vardagen och representera kontoret både internt och externt. Vem vi tror att du är En affärsdriven ledare som triggas av ansvar, tempo och tydliga mål. Du kombinerar god analytisk förmåga med stark genomförandekraft, vågar fatta beslut och följa upp dem, och trivs i rollen som tydlig frontfigur för ett kontor. Du gillar att bygga vidare på något som finns, skapa struktur där det saknas och balansera krav på resultat med ett långsiktigt perspektiv på team och kultur. Din bakgrund Minst ca 5 års erfarenhet från rekrytering- eller bemanningsbranschen, gärna från liknande bolag. Dokumenterad erfarenhet som chef/ledare med ansvar för resultat, team och kommersiella mål. Erfarenhet av att arbeta nära kund och affär – t.ex. från sälj, leverans eller kombinerade roller. Eftergymnasial utbildning inom t.ex. ekonomi, HR eller sälj är meriterande men inte ett absolut krav. Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera och skapa förtroende, både internt och mot kunder och kandidater. Meriterande Tidigare kontors-, enhets- eller regionansvar där du haft helhetsansvar för en verksamhet. Erfarenhet av att bygga upp eller förändra team, arbetssätt eller kontor. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med nyckeltal, budget och uppföljning av lönsamhet. Plats & omfattning Tjänsten är på heltid med placering på kontoret i Stockholm. The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our international Service Sales Team. We provide Service Solutions for covering the full substation services. The team is highly motivated with a strong customer and service-oriented approach. It is our ambition to provide high quality service, delivering solutions aligned with customers' needs. In this role you are responsible for Service tenders and long term agreements from initial customer request to contract closing and handover to operations. Developing Service sales account plans to ensure growth, building long-term customer relationships, driving high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring expected response to specific customer needs and issues are key success factors for this position. The placement of this position is any Hitachi Energy office location in Sweden, specific office is determined depending on candidate whereabouts. There is an option for hybrid work arrangements if you live within commuting distance to the office. How you’ll make an impact You implement the service sales strategy and growth plans, engaging with the installed base (IB) to promote upgrades and value-added solutions. You use IB data to identify and develop sales opportunities for Service products and solutions, focusing on the entire Hitachi Energy Service portfolio. You conduct sales calls, generate sales leads, and develop new market opportunities based on market trends. You establish long-term customer relationships, understand their requirements and regulations, demonstrate technical knowledge, and ensure customer satisfaction. You sell the service product portfolio, monitor sales proposals and tenders, prepare service offerings, communicate contract details, and manage the administrative sales process. You act as a marketer and salesperson during marketing activities, translating customer needs into relevant service offerings and solutions. You contribute to risk assessments, register information into SFDC, ensure technical reliability, safety, and cost-effective solutions, and comply with health and safety directives. You provide technical direction for service sales training to less-experienced staff and support management with key data and insights on markets and effective service selling tactics. Your background You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, in an Engineering or technical discipline. You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems/solutions. If you have experience working with electric substation equipment (i.e. IED, RTU, SCADA, Communications, etc.), recent technical sales and/or client-facing experience presenting electric substation equipment solutions, this is highly preferred. Being familiar with Operations & Maintenance practices of electric substation equipment and substation construction is expected of you. To be successful in this position we see that you have experience negotiating long term substation service contracts, or other contracts that could be seen as equal. Familiarity with multiple Hitachi Energy power products and services. In order to meet your customers, you need to travel mainly within Sweden (circa 70%).
