Sollentuna kommun driver ett ambitiöst digitaliseringsarbete där IT-enheten spelar en central roll som möjliggörare. Nu söker vi dig som vill ta ett samordnande ansvar som Förvaltningsledare IT – med uppdraget att vara navet mellan systemförvaltningen i kommunens olika verksamheter och IT-driften.  IT-enheten är en del av kommunledningskontoret och består av 28 medarbetare med olika ansvarsområden. Kommunens IT-drift är outsourcad till flera externa leverantörer och organiserad i olika tjänsteområden. Dessa områden förvaltas av tjänsteområdesansvariga inom IT-enheten. Som Förvaltningsledare IT ansvarar du för att omsätta verksamheternas behov till konkreta beställningar och förändring av befintliga IT-system. Du fungerar som en viktig länk mellan kommunens olika verksamheter och IT-enheten, och säkerställer att våra IT-stödsystem utvecklas, underhålls och förändras på ett strukturerat och hållbart sätt. Du stöttar verksamheternas systemförvaltare i deras arbete och deltar aktivt i planering och genomförande av tekniska förändringar. Du bevakar också hur förändringar påverkar andra IT-funktioner och säkerställer att helheten hänger ihop – både tekniskt och organisatoriskt. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter som ingår: - Agerar länk mellan verksamheterna och IT-enhetens leverans genom att kravställa befintliga och nya IT-tjänster. - Koordinerar driftsättningar med driftleverantör och stöttar förvaltningsledarna i uppföljning av SLA för underliggande drift- och infrastruktur, tillsammans med verksamheterna. - Planerar, deltar och stöttar i planering och förändring i IT-projekt generellt - Vidareutveckla och förvalta processer och rutiner och ansvara för Förvaltningsmodellen inom kommunen - Agerar vid behov delprojektledare mot IT-driften i projekt. Kvalifikationer Krav: - Högskoleutbildning inom relevant område (eller annan utbildning eller erfarenhetsnivå som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig.) - Dokumenterad erfarenhet av förvaltning av IT med ansvar för produktionssättningar - God svenska i tal och skrift Meriterande om du även har: - Erfarenhet av samverkan med externa IT-leverantörer - IT-projekterfarenhet – som ledare, delprojektledare eller deltagare. - Kunskap och erfarenhet av outsourcad IT-drift. - Erfarenhet av supportprocesser, ITIL, och PM3 - Erfarenhet av att ansvara för att upprätthålla och vidareutveckla Förvaltningsmodellen Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. We are looking for an experienced audio test engineer who likes seeing the big picture, to work with our productions systems in our team Production Test Platform here in Lund. Our team is an important part of Axis product development, and all Axis products are manufactured using our platform. Who is your future team? Production Test Platform is a team of 13 dedicated professionals. We develop and maintain the Axis Production Platform which is utilized in production to test Axis products The work is carried out in collaboration with several other teams. The team focuses on developing and maintaining generic test systems for our products. This includes both test equipment and software to analyze and verify performance, ensuring Axis maintains its high-quality standards. Knowledge sharing and collaboration are key elements, as well as keeping the warm and positive team spirit that this team is well-known for. What will you do here as an audio test engineer? You will be part of a small team of 3 people who specialize in audio test development, including the software that manages and evaluates the audio functions of our products. The team also develops new test methods and evaluates equipment to be used at our production sites. In addition, the team works with several projects to support them with testing, with the goal of securing the coverage of the production platform. You will have many opportunities to influence the team's direction as well as your own personal development. You will also be involved in influencing technical choices, our ways of working, and contributing to new ideas and functionality. You will be part of the complete software lifecycle from idea creation and design to implementation, release, and deployment. This involves investigation of innovative technologies, building and releasing new software to factories around the world, and the maintenance of existing software. For this work there are opportunities to visit manufacturing sites around the world. Who are you? You are a software developer with a few years of experience. You are a curious, driven team player who likes to learn new things as well as being able to solve complex technical challenges in a team-focused atmosphere. You will primarily work in C#, .NET, and NI TestStand in Windows environment, but we welcome other programming backgrounds as well. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Central City Success Manager at Voi, you will collaborate closely with our Markets, Central Business, and R&D teams to drive market growth and product optimization. Standardising Rider Risk Metrics Across the Group and developing regular actionable reporting to reduce each risk bucket: insurance, fines, permit and fleet cap risks, as well as forecasting the financial costs of these risks in collaboration with the finance team. Owning end to end solutions on rider risks: SOP/playbooks, Rider Messaging, Product Configurations. Compiling and providing strategic feedback and business case for product development on rider risk from a rider experience perspective as well as streamlining crossfunctional processes between local teams, Central Ops and Rider organisation. Support development of tools and processes to monitor the user experience and level of compliance with local permit requirements. Contribute to frameworks and benchmarks to put these data points into context to allow further market growth. Support rollout of new products by establishing the foundational tools and frameworks to carry out the same optimization efforts as outlined above. Contribute with service design and optimisation expertise in competitive bids regarding tenders.
