Senior Project Planner

We are looking for a driven project planner to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent Programs team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up ETT and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories. About the job As the Senior Project Planner, you will take ownership of the overall Program Planning for the program, reporting to the Project Controls Manager. You will be responsible for integrating the contractor’s planning deliverables, risk, change, reporting and schedule management into the overarching Program Planning function, coordinating schedule interfaces between Northvolt and other suppliers and stakeholders. The role will take responsibility for high level planning of the program, and for progress and reporting of the Program within the business unit, integration planning within the Project Controls team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support and Integrate the contractor’s planning into the Program team Monitor & Assure the contractor’s Primavera planning to support the completion of the program Support the Program Director and Project Controls Manager on all planning topics Represent the program at joint planning activities for the wider NV Ett Expansion Provide planning support of Change Management and Risk Management decisions Develop the digitalisation of planning and progress reporting internally within the CAM business unit Jointly develop and implement within CAM the Northvolt standards of working, (WBS, Templates & Procedures) Own and develop the High Level Program Planning of the Program, including for risk support Develop, progress and manage the L1/2 and milestone planning for the Program at a business unit level Facilitate internal planning stakeholder communication of the high level program The person we are looking for is flexible, curios and eager to learn. About the job As a Tooling Technician at Northvolt, you will play a crucial role in managing quantities, setting up cutting and punching tooling in machines, and maintaining these tools in Stacking and Notching. Beyond these core responsibilities, this position involves future training, fault finding, damage assessment, and investigating tool longevity, aligning with Northvolt policies, procedures, and industry standards. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Execute repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance of stacking and notching tooling, both in the workshop and the Clean and Dry Rooms. Share expertise and knowledge with current and new maintenance personnel to foster a collaborative and skilled workforce. Provide daily reports on completed work and plan tasks for the following day, ensuring efficient and organized workflow. Calculate quantities of tooling required on the shop floor to prevent interruptions in operations due to tooling issues. About the job As a Clean Room Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the compliance of our clean and dry room facilities with ISO standards. You'll oversee validation, monitoring, and contamination control activities, meticulously following protocols and procedures to maintain a controlled environment. You will be a part of the Clean and Dry room team, consisting both technicians and specialists. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct cleanroom validation and monitoring activities in adherence to ISO standards, including particle count measurements, filter integrity tests, and airflow assessments. Perform cleaning validation and contamination control activities, including meticulous sampling for particle and chemical contaminants. Ensure strict adherence to work instructions (WI) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) governing cleanroom operations. Ensure that the Personnel Air Lock procedures and standards are implemented and followed. Communicate the deviations with the respective team and set a follow up plan for rectification Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, air pressure) rigorously to ensure compliance with specified parameters. Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate Manufacturing team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing Revolt ETT and contribute to building one of the first large-scale European battery recycling factories. About the job As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, your role will include the commissioning of novel equipment and processes in our recycling plants, optimization of process equipment and designing of mechanical improvements. You will also ensure that the equipment installation is in accordance with the company-approved design, quality, and schedule, as specified in the design documentation, quality plan, and installation schedule. The role will also facilitate all 3rd party inspections at predetermined milestones to ensure that the mechanical installation complies with the installation drawings and manuals and contracted deliverables. Your contributions will ensure that each battery manufacturing facility has a battery recycling plant thus unlocking a sustainable circular economy. We see that you have a long experience in the field and have been driving large, innovative, and challenging chemical plants with high demands on safety, purity, and yield. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and pre commissioning activities of equipment and subsystems. - Review engineering and HSE documents to ensure that the commissioning & startup requirements are accounted for in the design. - Being the client representative at all site mechanical inspections. - Approve and assist in execution of equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation documentation, including FAT, SAT, SOPs. - Work with the Engineering, project and operations team for final handover of the new equipment and provide final sign-off of the tested equipment.
