Your Role We are currently looking for a Risk Manager to our compliance, quality and regulator teams either in Malmö, Stockholm or Gothenburg. The primary role of this position is to be responsible for timely planning and proper execution of the risk management in medical device development projects, based on identified and agreed needs to fulfil objectives on project level(s). The responsibility includes: • Planning of Risk Management activities • Execution of Risk Management activities • Reporting of Risk Management activities As a consultant in our life science team, you will be working projects related to Risk Management. In many of our client assignments, our consultants work in teams provided to the client by Capgemini Engineering – but in close collaboration with employees of the client. Your profile • 3+ years of experience of Risk Management within medical device development. • Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards • Proven track record of successfully managing risk management within medical device development projects from concept to commercialization. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. • Experience with risk management tools and methodologies • Fluent in written and spoken English You as an person are self-driven, not driven by prestige and a team-player. You are comfortable with leading others and interested in taking the driver’s seat with regards to your own development. You find the consultant role interesting and thrive in a varied environment where changes sometimes take place with abrupt changes.
