I den här rollen blir du en nyckelspelare i ett strategiskt projekt där teorin bakom förmågebaserad planering ska omsättas i praktisk handling. Du kommer att arbeta nära erfarna kollegor för att strukturera data, identifiera gap i verksamhetens förmågor och paketera insikter som leder till faktiska beslut. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar: I rollen som junior analytiker stöttar du arbetsgruppen med att producera beslutsunderlag av hög kvalitet. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter inkluderar: Datastrukturering: Organisera data från förmågekartor och gapanalyser samt koppla dessa till specifika initiativ. Beslutsunderlag: Ta fram professionella presentationer i PowerPoint med fokus på tydlig struktur och god visuell design. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har: Erfarenhet: 0–2 års erfarenhet av analys, BI eller controlling. Vi ser positivt på relevant erfarenhet från praktik eller examensarbete. Excel-expertis: Du är mycket bekväm med avancerad Excel, inklusive Power Query och datamodellering. BI-verktyg: Grundläggande till medelgod kunskap i Power BI. Kommunikation: Du är skicklig i PowerPoint och har ett öga för presentationsdesign. Du uttrycker dig obehindrat på svenska i både tal och skrift och kan konsten att skriva kort, koncist och tydligt.
