As an IT Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization’s technology systems. Currently, there is a hybrid infrastructure solution where we mix on-prem, cloud, and managed services for managing the IT infrastructure. The team consists of approximately 15 FTE and 10 consultants, and are in Stockholm, Linköping and Colombo (Sri Lanka) offices.You will be part of the IT management team, together with 4 additional managers. We are now looking for an Engineering Manager to help us continue to scale up and shape our Analytics Engineering team as a central platform team. How you will make an impact As the Engineering Manager you will guide and develop our Analytics Engineering team and their collaboration with other domains to provide the datasets, tools, and solutions to bring our data platform to the next level in our mission to soundtrack the world. You will be an integral part of leading and building a productive and autonomous team of data engineers and making sure the team reaches its goals. Your main responsibility is to help the team stay engaged and high-performing while delivering technically sound solutions. Product Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead our Open Energy Data team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our innovative software solutions to meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for driving the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product outcomes. Our Open Energy Data team is tasked with building connections to various types of open data sources, for example energy data hubs, price data and CO2 data. The focus is heavily on mapping out, understanding and building integrations, but also to create a simple end user experience for consumers and make it easy for developers to implement solutions on top of our platform. We are looking for a product manager with a strong technical background that does not hesitate to dig into documentations and map out requirements. Good understanding of the energy industry and hands-on experience from data integration projects is a big plus. Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software or technology-driven company, preferably in the SaaS industry. Experience from the energy industry is a plus. Experience for various types of data integrations projects. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to inform product decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
