The client site is a depot with a number of large size tanks for storage of petroleum and chemicals. Including pipes and loading and unloading pumps from and to harbor piers, rail and truck facilities. Key responsibilities include managing contractors (Project Management Consultants, Engineering partner, Construction partners, 3rd party inspection) and suppliers, monitoring progress and costs, mitigating technical risks, and ensuring quality and documentation standards are met. The role also supports procurement with technical input, evaluates change requests, and drives continuous improvement by applying lessons learned. Relevant knowledge/experience: Manage all tasks, ensuring compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and project requirements. • Ensure that all work aligns with design-to-cost and schedule objectives. • Provide updates on progress to the Technical Discipline Manager and escalate issues when necessary. • Oversee the work of contractors and suppliers related to their discipline, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the required quality standards. • Identify technical risks and work with both the Technical Manager and Plant Operation Manager to resolve issues and mitigate risks. • Ensure all technical work is properly documented and that progress is reported regularly. • Ensure that all technical aspects align with project goals, including safety, budget, scope, and schedule. • Support procurement with technical input during contract negotiations. • Review and approve all deliverables to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. • Assess resource needs to ensure that project goals are met. • Facilitate collaboration with other Technical Project Managers to ensure integration of efforts. • Track progress of tasks and report status to the Plant Operation Manager. • Adjust team activities as necessary to meet project timelines and objectives. • Ensure adherence to design-to-cost and schedule metrics. • Monitor expenses, manage costs, and identify areas for cost-saving without sacrificing quality. • Report financial performance and cost management updates to the Client. • Review and evaluate change requests, assessing their impact on the project scope, timeline, and budget. • Implement approved changes effectively while maintaining project integrity. • Ensure changes are communicated and approved by the project team and stakeholders as per the clients' guidelines. • Identify areas for process improvements within the discipline. • Implement lessons learned from past projects to enhance future performance. Vår kund söker nu en Assisterande Programansvarig (PL3) till ett konsultuppdrag inom försvars- och tillverkningsindustrin. Här får du en central roll i ett omfattande program med många kontaktytor, där du arbetar nära programledning och leverantörsteam för att säkerställa struktur, kvalitet och effektiv informationshantering genom hela leveransflödet. Om uppdraget 🛠️ I rollen som assisterande programansvarig fungerar du som koordinator för ett av leverantörsteamen kopplat till en intern leverantör. Du säkerställer att kommunikationen fungerar inom hela leverantörsgränssnittet och att relevanta planer och åtgärder tas fram, följs upp och hålls uppdaterade, exempelvis inom leveransuppföljning, kvalitetsläge och informationsflöde. Du administrerar och sammanställer delar av leveransdokumentationen till leveransobjekt samt arbetar löpande med detaljdata och spårning i IFS Sharp och Excel. Vidare stöttar du ordinarie programansvarig och planerare genom att ta fram, analysera och presentera relevanta nyckeltal. Rollen innebär ett brett administrativt ansvar och ger en god helhetsförståelse för produktflödet – från detaljtillverkning till färdigt leveransobjekt. I samband med detta genomförs ett ERP-införande baserat på Microsoft Dynamics 365. Projektet omfattar både system och verksamhet och involverar flera interna funktioner. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen som projektkoordinator arbetar du nära projektledaren och stöttar i planering, uppföljning och samordning av aktiviteter inom ERP-projektet. Du bidrar med struktur och säkerställer att projektet drivs framåt enligt plan. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Stötta projektledaren i planering och uppföljning av projektaktiviteter. Samordna möten samt dokumentera beslut och åtgärder. Följa upp tidplaner, risker och status samt sammanställa rapporter. Säkerställa struktur i projektets dokumentation och gemensamma arbetsytor. Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper Erfarenhet av arbete som projektkoordinator eller projektadministratör i större projekt. Erfarenhet av IT- eller systeminförandeprojekt. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i projektverktyg och samarbetsplattformar. Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i svenska, i tal och skrift. Meriterande: Erfarenhet av ERP-projekt, gärna inom Microsoft Dynamics 365. Erfarenhet av logistik-, supply chain- eller materialförsörjningsprocesser. Vi söker nu en senior konsult inom portföljstyrning och PMO för ett strategiskt och operativt konsultuppdrag hos kund. Uppdraget har fokus på uppstart, förändringsledning och stabilisering av en nyetablerad funktion – som en brygga till långsiktig bemanning. Detta är en specialistroll där du får kombinera struktur, förändringskraft och operativt genomförande i en komplex hybrid leveransmiljö. Din roll Du kliver in i en operativ och förändringsdrivande roll inom portföljstyrning och leveransstöd. Uppdraget innebär att etablera ett stödjande och orkestrerande PMO-arbetssätt – inte kontrollerande – som skapar bättre beslutsunderlag, tydligare prioriteringar och stärkt genomförandeförmåga.
