Proficiency in test case design and execution, utilizing test management tools and defect tracking systems. Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques, including knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages. Proven electronics experience and using test equipment’s like National instruments and tools like MATLAB. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in an Agile environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Main tasks: Within the team of Supplier Evaluation Specialists maintain and develop audit tools. Coach the supplier together with the SQE on making risk mitigation plans. Actively support process harmonization and best practice sharing. Work in accordance with the internal processes and the Code of Conduct. Experience and competencies We seek candidates with a degree in Engineering, an MBA, or at least ten years of technical experience, including five years in Supplier Quality or similar roles. Strong continuous improvement, English fluency, and communication skills are required. Job description Olink continues to grow, and are now looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Quality Control team within Supply Chain. The QC team, which today consists of 10 people, is divided into two sub-teams: One with a focus on checking raw materials, components and finished products and one where the focus is on documentation, improvements and the Design Transfer process. As the company grows, the need for a Quality Engineer has increased. The main purpose of this position is to actively participate in the business development of the department, improve work processes and routines and support the Quality Control team with non-conformities, CAPAs and Change Control activities. The position is based in our Uppsala headquarters and reports to Head of Quality Control.
