Technical & Innovation Manager at Unilever Production AB GB Glace Flen We are currently seeking a Technical & Innovation (T&I) Manager for our dynamic ice cream factory in Flen. In this role, you will be a key player in implementing new ice cream products, raw materials, packaging, and technical upgrades as well as leading the T&I team. Your work will play a central role in driving innovation and efficiency at our facility. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE As a team lead, you will: Lead and coordinate the implementation of new products, recipe improvements, new raw and packaging materials, and implementation of new technical equipment. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial for the success of these initiatives. Act as the primary contact for development projects in central teams and at our Flen facility, meaning you will be a central collaborator in advancing projects and ensuring success. In this role, you will work together with various departments at the factory and with external functions such as R&D, Portfolio & Innovation leads, Marketing departments, and Procurement. Actively drive, lead, and coordinate projects in the factory, ensuring they are carried out according to agreed-upon plans. Collaborate with internal and external functions on continuous product and process improvements to contribute to increasing the factory's efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure that all relevant functions and departments within the company are updated and informed about ongoing projects and improvement efforts. Ensure that the cost figures agreed in projects will be followed. Manage the budget for the department. As a person, you are engaged, result-oriented, proactive, possess good communication skills, and have the ability to work cross-functionally. You are driven to understand, improve, and change processes, routines, and working methods, and can collaborate across department boundaries. You are social, positive, and unafraid of new challenges. Fluent language skills in Swedish and English is a requirement, both spoken and written. Vattenfall InCharge is scaling up its electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions business in Europe. We have a broad portfolio of public and B2B charging solutions. To further expand our roaming network, we are looking for someone who will fulfill the role of Technical and Financial Administrator within Vattenfall E-Mobility. You will belong to the team ‘Driver & Operator Services’. Your tasks and responsibilities as a Technical and Financial Administrator Roaming services are a key factor EV drivers to be able to charge their cars at any charging station. In our Business Unit the Technical and Financial Administrator is working with the roaming team to expand and operate our roaming network. The Technical and Financial Administrator manages the billing, dunning and payment of roaming partners as well as being the main contact for the roaming partners in our daily work, in order to ensure an excellent operational performance of the roaming network across Europe. Main tasks and responsibilities include: Handle invoicing of roaming partners Validation, check, control and processing of invoices and data and troubleshooting issues in the roaming team. Supporting colleagues and roaming partners in resolving roaming issues Collect, analyze and report data on roaming activities Continuously improve roaming operations together with the roaming team The Technical and Financial Administrator will report to Manager Driver & Operator Services, be part of the functional Roaming Team and strongly cooperate with the country teams in Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden. Qualifications We are looking for an organized and detailed oriented person who is open-minded and willing to learn new tasks and grow professionally. The ideal candidate would match the following requirements: Proven financial and analytical skills Proficient in Excel and comfortable working in various IT applications and interfaces such as SAP and CRM.
