I vår nya studiolokal i Stadshuset i Uppsala finns kontrollrum, ljudrum och studios där du är med och producerar olika produktioner. Här får du chansen att utvecklas inom ditt område tillsammans med drivna och engagerade kollegor. Du arbetar i ett team som ingår i kommunledningskontorets kommunikationsstab. Ditt uppdrag Som teknisk samordnare har du varierande arbetsdagar där du bidrar till produktioner inom olika genrer, oftast på plats i vårt kontrollrum i studion, men ibland även externt i verksamhetslokaler eller på andra produktionsplatser. Du arbetsleder, samordnar och planerar det tekniska arbetet inför och i samband med sändning. Du deltar aktivt i planering, bemanning och inspelning av projekt och är delaktig i att utveckla nya produktionsmetoder och hitta kreativa lösningar. Du tar även hand om videoefterbearbetning tillsammans med kollegor. Vårt uppdrag är att ligga i framkant vad gäller nya tekniska lösningar, digitalisering samt produktionssätt och flexibla flöden. Du förväntas vara med och utforma samt arbeta i nya kombinationstjänster. Du kan också komma att arbeta i olika roller och funktioner såsom postproducent, Bing, ljudmixer, kamera-operatör, sändningsproducent, AV-tekniker och med digitala mötesverktyg för att målmedvetet kunna se nya framtida gränsöverskridande tjänster. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Tricaster Elite 2 plattform. Då rollen innebär många kontaktytor behöver du ha god samarbetsförmåga. Du har en vilja och förmåga att hjälpa andra och anstränger dig för att leverera lösningar. Din bakgrund Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av: • videoredigering med Adobe Premiere och/eller Davinci Resolve • producera live event i Microsoft Teams och Zoom • arbete med nätverks- och fiberteknik • arbete i rollen som technical operation manager. Som grund har du utbildning och/eller erfarenhet av tv/video/sändning/studioproduktion, B-körkort och goda muntliga och skriftliga kunskaper i svenska. Maintenance Development Manager Maintenance development team is a part of Stegra Boden Mill Services. Mill Services is centralized services for the whole mill area and departments. Maintenance Development manager will report to Head of Mill Services As a Maintenance Development Manager you will be the manager in charge of Stegra Boden maintenance process. We as a team will be the one to create and establish the world class maintenance for us. Digitalization and new ways of working has a big role in what we do. In the Maintenance Development team we have different Mill wide services: Maintenance development Master data and documentation Compliance team PED, CE External services Site condition monitoring Responsibilities: Ensuring safe place to work for us all. Owner of maintenance process and to develop our maintenance strategy and choosing and implementing maintenance system(s). Create our approach to predictive and digitalized maintenance. Create a team to take care of our master data management. Create a process for external services and contract management. Participate in building the maintenance organization for the entire plant. Qualifications: BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent University degree with good understanding of basic financial principles. Extensive experience in a similar role within heavy industry. Proven leadership skills in large manufacturing organizations (250+ people). Safety culture role model. Expert in working with different stakeholders. Familiar with state-of-the-art maintenance and asset management systems.
