How you’ll make an impact Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key activities, timelines, and resource requirements. Omtanken Assistans anordnar personlig assistans för personer som har en funktionsnedsättning och har beviljats assistans enligt LSS eller SFB. Vi strävar efter att vara en verksamhet där alla trivs, både kunder och anhöriga samt personal. För att uppnå detta fokuserar vi på kvalitet istället för kvantitet. Vi söker nu vikarier som kan arbeta när ordinarie personal önskar semester alternativt vid oplanerad korttidsfrånvaro som ex. sjukdom. Du kommer att jobba för en kvinna med en neurologisk sjukdom som behöver hjälp med allt i sin dagliga livsföring. Det innebär bl.a. förflyttningar, personlig hygien, matlagning, sköta om ett hushåll och delta i olika aktiviteter som ex. daglig verksamhet och bad. Arbetstiderna består av både långa och korta dagpass samt vakna nattpass. Del av tid är förlagd till dubbelassistans. Brukaren önskar enbart kvinnliga assistenter i sin grupp. Det är en fördel om du har erfarenhet som personlig assistent eller erfarenhet inom vården, men största vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig matchning.
