Säkerställa den dagliga driften – bemanning, varuförsörjning, prisvård mm Ansvara för budget och affärsplan för enheten Initiera, leda och driva olika initiativ för att förbättra lönsamhet och resultat Coacha medarbetare för att uppnå ökad försäljning, resultat och kundnöjdhet Ansvara för löpande personalarbete såsom arbetsfördelning, kompetensutveckling, introduktion av nya medarbetare, medarbetarsamtal, efterföljande av rutiner och regelverk etc. Säkerställa att Coops hållbarhetspolicy efterlevs Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid, 40 timmar i veckan.
