Ditt huvudsakliga ansvarsområde är att medverka i den dagliga driften av den effektiva produktionsavdelningen. Är du en strukturerad person med sinne för ordning och teknik? Vi söker nu en teknisk handläggare till ett långsiktigt uppdrag. Här får du en viktig roll i att säkerställa kvaliteten i företagets tekniska databaser och informationsflöden. Om tjänsten Som teknisk handläggare ansvarar du för att förvalta och kvalitetssäkra information rörande företagets fysiska tillgångar och anläggningar. Rollen går ut på att granska inkommande tekniskt underlag och se till att den digitala dokumentationen stämmer överens med den faktiska verksamheten. Du arbetar i ett team med andra specialister och fungerar som ett stöd för både interna projektledare och externa leverantörer. Tjänsten passar dig som trivs med administrativt helhetsansvar och vill arbeta i en miljö där noggrannhet och kvalitet står i fokus. Arbetsuppgifter Utföra kontroller av tekniska ritningar och specifikationer för att säkerställa att de följer gällande standarder. Registrera, uppdatera och underhålla information i företagets centrala affärssystem och databaser. Ge administrativt stöd till projektmedlemmar och externa parter gällande dokumentationskrav. Säkerställa att förändringar i pågående projekt blir korrekt registrerade och följa upp eventuella brister i underlagen. Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av administrativt arbete, gärna i en koordinerande eller teknisk roll. Är mycket skicklig på att hantera digitala system och databaser. Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, då rollen innebär kontakt med olika intressenter. Meriterande: Erfarenhet av att arbeta med objektsdata, ritningshantering eller teknisk förvaltning. Tidigare erfarenhet från större affärssystem (t.ex. inom logistik, inköp eller förvaltning). En teknisk grundförståelse eller intresse för infrastruktur.
