Kvalifikationer Du är högpresterande i allt du gör, relationsskapande, lugn, stabil och kan hålla ett realistiskt perspektiv på situationer som uppkommer i det dagliga arbetet.  Du har en god samarbetsförmåga och relaterar till andra på ett lyhört sätt samt trivs med att samverka med andra.  Du är en självständig, ödmjuk och ansvarsfull person som brinner för omsorgsarbete och kan se individens behov. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Krav: Mycket god förmåga i svenska i tal såväl som skrift. God datorvana, erfarenhet av dokumentation. Erfarenhet av arbete inom vård och omsorg Gymnasial utbildning som t.ex. barn-och fritidsprogram, vård-och omsorgsprogram, eller eftergymnasial utbildning t.ex. stödpedagog, socialpedagog eller högskoleutbildning inom relevant område Körkort Ansökningar som inte uppfyller kravprofilen kommer avslås. Meriterande om du därtill har: Erfarenhet av psykiatri, AKK och lågaffektivt bemötande. Arbetat med komplexa stödbehov.
