As we are looking for several Senior Professionals in the Battery Cell area. Depending on your background and interest, you would be considered for a Design Engineer role within one of our teams: * Battery Cell Design: leads cells sourcing and industrialization with a focus on developing the cell design and materials to balance the cell attributes' namely performance, safety, durability, sustainability, quality, and cost.  * Battery Cell Integration: project lead for the implementation of high-quality cells and cell modules/bricks into the battery pack and vehicle.  Responsible for the project’s time, technique and cost. The group is also responsible for cell integration verification/testing.   * Battery Cell Analytics: responsible for durability requirement setting and follow up by initiate testing and analyzing data. Develop models for cell performance and cell durability and create battery life estimations. Provide battery data from customer vehicles and visualize trends of SOH and cell quality.  * Battery Structural and Thermal CAE: responsible for Structural and Thermal simulations for cell applications.  What you´ll bring? Our Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) Regulatory function spans across the product lifecycle and are responsible for the regulatory strategy relating to the development, manufacture and testing of all of our medicines. With our expertise we interpret, anticipate and shape global Health Authority expectations to build insightful CMC and Device Regulatory Strategies. We are the bridge between our R&D functions, Operations sites, Quality and Global Supply Teams in helping safe, effective medicines reach the right patient at the right times. We manage the timely preparation and delivery of CMC contributions to the regulatory submissions linked to medicinal products throughout the commercial lifecycle through to divestment. About the position Being a CMC RA Associate within the CMC RA Business Development Team means you are responsible for providing support to Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) regulatory contributions required for the management of Product Divestments to 3rd Party Customers. Part of a dynamic team that works closely with both relevant AZ stakeholders and Customers providing regulatory and compliance advice/information as appropriate to ensure compliant supply of product to Customers. The role holder will ensure, where appropriate, the application of global CMC regulations and guidance within AstraZeneca to support Customer interactions and contribute to updates of processes as appropriate. Responsibilities • As necessary, assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions, compilation of submission documentation, and preparation of regulatory components in line with Customer requirements/timelines and management of information. • Responsible for upload, retrieval, and maintenance of documents for electronic submissions using the appropriate software and applications. • As necessary, ensure maintenance and filing of regulatory related documentation and track regulatory commitments, submission requests, and deliverables to facilitate efficient transfer of registered information to the 3rd Party Customer. • The role holder will train, guide and advise others, develop training and user support materials, e.g. job aids, work instructions, training videos, e-learning • Business administration of systems, e.g. provision of system access, application of security models and managing change. • Interact with cross-functional groups and attend team meetings as necessary to support submission development and project coordination. • Assist in the preparation of agendas, presentations, and other supporting materials for various meetings. • Contribute to the development and improvement of related business processes. • Ensure the learning from own projects are shared with other colleagues/within the functions. The team consist of specialists and engineers across a broad range of engineering disciplines. R&D Scientist - Strengthen our Innovation Team at Voon Innovation AB Location: Helsingborg, Sweden Position: Full-time, Permanent (6-month trial period) Company Overview: Voon Innovation AB is an innovative company at the forefront of creating smokeless cannabinoid alternatives, inspired by snus. Founded in 2020 by industry veterans from the snus and cannabis sectors, we have successfully launched unique cannabinoid snus-like products in Europe and the USA. As we continue to expand and improve our product range, we are looking for an experienced and driven R&D Scientist to join our growing research and development team in Helsingborg. Role Overview: We are seeking an R&D Scientist with experience in emulsions to strengthen our research efforts. You will play a critical role in the further development of cannabinoid snus and other cutting-edge formulations. Working closely with a diverse team of experts in neuroscience, nanoparticles, snus manufacturing, and product development, your contributions will help us continue innovating and leading the way in smokeless alternatives. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct laboratory work focused on developing and refining nanoemulsions and powder mixtures for cannabinoid snus and related products. • Analyze and evaluate the stability, absorption, and release profiles of nanoemulsions and other formulations. • Collaborate with the R&D team to test new formulations, procure lab equipment and ingredients, and optimize product performance. • Present and document results from R&D projects and experiments, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights. • Play an active role in expanding our product portfolio, exploring new active ingredients, and improving current formulations. Required Qualifications: • A degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field. • Proven experience working with emulsions, ideally in a pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry setting. • Familiarity with laboratory practices, especially Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and creativity in problem-solving. • Fluency in English and Swedish (spoken and written) for effective communication of research findings and collaboration across teams. • Proficiency in standard software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools) and a willingness to learn and utilize advanced laboratory equipment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in R&D, particularly in product development and formulation. • Knowledge of working with nanoemulsions, powders, and advanced drug delivery systems. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also managing independent research projects.
