Your background You have relevant engineering background combined with a few years of experience of product development and team management. Higher formal education in relevant fields will be meriting. Experience in control of power electronics and preferably FACTS / HVDC / Substations. It is highly advantageous if you have worked with the MACH-platform previously. You have a deep sense of ownership to deliver the assigned targets and are skilled at managing different types of people and able to coach as well as motivate and inspire others. You are very familiar with Project Management and Product Development practices. You work in a structured way, applying relevant methods, procedures, and tools. Proven experience working with multi-cultural, geographically distributed teams. Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
