Qualifications: Five years of experience in marketing and digital communication in a B2B setting. Experience in a similar marketing role, preferably from a smaller company within life science or other complex technical environments. Experience with lead generation and supporting sales teams through marketing activities is highly valued. Experience from working with applications and systems such as LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, and Google Analytics. Tech-savvy, with a curiosity for exploring new tools, features, and ways of working to continuously improve impact. Experience supporting senior stakeholders and/or working cross-functionally within an organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus). Structured, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. A self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong drive, and a genuine eagerness to learn and improve. Desirable qualifications: Experience working within Oncology is considered desirable.
