Om tjänsten Som Butiksmedarbetare på Biltema är du den viktigaste delen av kundernas upplevelse i varuhuset. Din arbetsdag består av både varierande arbetsuppgifter och avdelningar som alltid genomsyras av kundfokus och hög servicenivå. Det innebär bland annat att du har en avgörande roll för att hyllorna med våra 19 000 artiklar är välfyllda och frontade. Oavsett var du befinner dig i varuhuset uppmärksammar du våra kunder - som när du fyller på varor, sitter i kassan, hjälper dem i kundservice eller serverar dem i caféet. I mötet med kunden delar du gärna med dig av dina kunskaper för att hjälpa dem att hitta vad de letar efter till ett bra pris. På Biltema är ingen dag den andra lik. Vi söker en personlig assistent till en glad och positiv tjej i Vara. Mitt namn är Annika och jag arbetar som kundansvarig på FMF Assistans. En av mina viktigaste uppgifter är att se till att bemanningen fungerar hos våra kunder. Nu söker vi en ny kollega som vill bli en viktig person i Giulias vardag. Giulia är en glad, positiv och busig tjej på 26 år som älskar lek, promenader och att vara aktiv. Hon bor tillsammans med sin mamma, pappa och lillasyster i Vara. Hon har ett omfattande hjälpbehov och behöver stöd med allt från lek, måltider, personlig omvårdnad och kommunikation till träning och stimulering. Giulia har även epilepsi och behöver aktiv tillsyn. Trots att hon är vuxen har hon ett utvecklingsmässigt behov som ett litet barn, och det är viktigt att du kan möta henne med tålamod, glädje och engagemang. Giulia deltar i daglig verksamhet på vardagar. Utanför dessa tider finns hennes personliga assistenter vid hennes sida och hjälper henne att få en trygg, meningsfull och aktiv vardag. Om tjänsten Just nu arbetar endast mamma och pappa som personliga assistenter, och vi söker nu en timvikarie som kan arbeta främst eftermiddagar och kvällar efter daglig verksamhet. Arbete på helger förekommer också. Under sommaren, när Giulia inte är på daglig verksamhet, finns möjlighet att arbeta mer – i genomsnitt omkring 30 timmar per vecka. Extra arbetspass kan även bli aktuella vid behov, exempelvis vid sjukdom eller semester. Du kommer att arbeta i Giulias hem och får en individanpassad introduktion och utbildning kring hennes hjälpbehov, rutiner och arbetssätt. Som bilrekonditionerare ska du se till att våra kunders bilar lämnar vår tvätthall i bästa, tänkbara skick.
